At the moment, iPad "paintings," when matted and framed, are typically 8 x 10, 11 x 14, and 12 x 16. Images are printed with durable inks on high-quality Kodak photograph paper. Images are hinge-mounted and protected behind clear glass. Original signature and "iPad 1/1" denotes original painting.

iPad images, like any other paintings and  images thereof, are copyright protected. That is, it's illegal to copy/pirate them for any reason. Yes, they are available for purchase.
